How it works
Real prices, tracked every day
We check all-inclusive package prices for thousands of hotels in Egypt, the Canaries, Turkey, Greece and Cyprus: every departure date over the next 12 months, for 7, 10 and 14 nights. Departures within a month are checked daily, and the rest weekly.
Comparing like with like
Per person per night, 2 adults sharing, all inclusive, incl. 2 hold bags and transfers (like-for-like). Operators that leave out bags or transfers have them added, so prices compare fairly.
When to go
The month-by-month chart uses today's asking prices for each departure month. A month is high season when its typical price is at least 15% above the destination's typical month, low season when it's at least 10% below, and mid season in between.
When to book
We follow the same holiday as its departure gets closer and measure how its price moves. A statistical model compares each holiday with itself, so a week that happens to include cheaper hotels doesn't look cheaper. The recommendation only appears once there's enough history.
Temperature matching
Average daytime highs come from 10 years of Open-Meteo historical weather data. Each degree away from your ideal adds 15% to a destination's ranking price. If you'd rather be warmer, being too hot counts for half and being too cold for one and a half; "rather cooler" is the reverse.
Who pays for it
